We’re looking for a sharp, fast-moving Video Editor who can take raw footage and turn it into polished, professional videos that learners want to binge. From full-length courses to Instagram reels, you’ll work across formats to support GrowthClub’s mission to deliver high-quality, high-engagement content.

🎯 What You'll Do

Editing high-quality course videos, tutorials, and walkthroughs

Trimming out silences, improving pace, and ensuring tight storytelling

Creating engaging short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn posts)

Working with our instructors, designers, and content team to maintain brand tone

Enhancing videos with captions, graphics, b-roll, and transitions

Occasionally creating motion graphics, GIFs, or promo clips

💡Who Shall Apply

Have 2+ years of experience in video editing (bonus for course or creator content)

Are deadline-oriented, organized, and love feedback loops

Are comfortable editing talking-head videos and cleaning up audio

Bonus: Have edited for coaches, YouTubers, or online educators
